Annesbrook Plumbing & Drainage was started by Sam Petrie in 2002, working from home as a Certifying Plumber, Drainlayer and Registered Gasfitter. Sam began to expand his business by employing an increasing number of competent, experienced and highly skilled tradespeople over the years to meet the demand that has seen the Top of the South grow into a very popular region for those looking for sunshine, adventure, scenery and affordable living.

Currently our team is comprised of 5 tradespeople, who are a mix of certifying Plumbers, Gasfitters and Drainlayers as well as Apprentice’s and Registered Tradesmen. Annesbrook Plumbing & Drainage, as a company, strives to meet the needs of all its customers by providing a high quality service while respecting each job as different and customizing to ensure that all jobs are carried out to the customers satisfaction.

We provide a range of services from domestic to commercial in the field of Plumbing, Gasfitting and Drainlaying and carry out a large scope of work from City Centre to all Rural areas throughout the Nelson/Tasman/Marlborough Region. By keeping up to date with the latest technology and continually upskilling our staff, equipment and practices, we ensure that we provide a competitive price while completing all jobs to a high standard.
